Calvin Vismale, a proud graduate of Morehouse College, is founder and CEO of Emerging Economic Equity Empire, Inc and services as a coach on the Urban League of Greater Atlanta team. He has an extensive background in investments and securities, from both the retail and institutional perspectives, and has worked in the pension fund consulting and securities brokerage spaces.

Mr. Vismale has been a tireless advocate for the inclusion of women and minority business owners in economic opportunities with public corporations and government. He has also led research efforts on economic equity issues, engaged in shareholder activism regarding environmental sustainability, governance and other areas of risk mitigation.

Mr. Vismale formerly served as Executive Director of Rainbow PUSH Citizenship Education Fund and Peachtree Street Project. In this role, he facilitated development of sustainable healthy communities of disenfranchised people, particularly descendants of American Slaves, by creating ecosystems that nurture ideation, incubation, acceleration, monetization and participation in wealth-based divine ideas.  He organized the Rainbow PUSH Annual Creating Opportunity conference and other events geared toward facilitating and maintaining awareness, meaningful discussions and action around issues and opportunities related to the economic wellbeing of communities of color.

As Secretary of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Securities Professionals, he continues to advocate for the inclusion of minority professionals in lucrative asset management opportunities. Furthering his dedication and commitment to inclusion, Mr. Vismale’s nonprofit organization, Emerging Economic Equity Empire, Inc., focuses on promoting the economic equity of men and boys of color.

As a proven and respected leader in the community, he works diligently to educate constituents on the relationship between public policy and private enterprise, foster civic engagement, and improve voter registration and mobilization; with the determination to help build legislative bodies that take seriously the concerns and economic success of all people.
